The Run & Build button opens to a table view of your app. On this page, you can set up your table according to your specifications.
Table Builder #
The Table Builder opens up to a sidebar where you can customize the table view of your app. The Table Builder sidebar has menu tabs: Table – Columns – Theme, each with its group of settings.
Changes and configurations appear in real-time on your table as you set them, but you still need to save your settings to finalize your changes.

Large Table Support | Opens options available for large tables including row estimations, search field behaviors, paginations, and more. See: Large Table Support |
Pagination | Opens options related to pagination buttons. See: Pagination |
Global Filter | Expands to options related to the general search and filter behavior of your table. See: Global Search |
Column Filters | Column filters can be enabled, or set up to load upon table startup. More options include filter positioning. See: Column Filters |
Row Actions | This is where you can enable or disable row actions for your rows such as allowing insert, view, update, or delete. See: Row Actions |
Bulk Actions | Bulk Actions offer options that enable export to selected file types such as PDF, CSV, JSON, Excel, and XML. You can also enable Bulk Delete in this section. See: Bulk Actions |
Default WHERE | Set a Default WHERE to your table. This field accepts valid SQL statements only. Click on the (show examples) link to see example statements. To learn more, please see: Default WHERE |
Default ORDER BY | Choose a sort order based on a column. See: Default ORDER by |
Language | Choose a default language for your table elements. This feature was moved to the App Manager to support enhanced full-app localization. See: Supported Languages |
Responsiveness | Offers two options to accommodate table responsiveness. See: Responsiveness |
Density | Sets a default density to your table. A button to change density is enabled by default. You can disable this if you don’t want users to change density. See: Density |
Inline Field Settings | Contains design options for inline fields when they’re enabled. See: Inline Field Setting |
Columns Menu #
The Columns menu lists your table’s columns. Each column expands to a list of available configurations based on column types.

Column Metadata | Displays the column metadata. |
Computed Field #
You can add a computed field based on calculations generated from other fields. To learn more, please see: Computed Fields.
