Getting Started

Data Tables is a table builder that allows plugin users to create responsive data tables from local and remote databases with just a few mouse clicks. Many styling features are available for free and premium users. Demos and videos are available to help new and experienced users get their data tables up and running in just minutes. Client-side processing is supported for small tables to allow quick local filtering and sorting in the browser. Server-side processing is available to make large tables available to front-end users (several use cases with over two million rows). Advanced options and javascript support are available for more experienced developers.

Easy to use, highly customizable #

It takes just a few minutes to create a data table and add it to a web page. The advanced settings section allows plugin users to change the layout and behavior of almost any element of a data table. Using advanced settings requires some basic understanding of JSON to change the data table configuration (the documentation contains many examples). The advanced settings section also supports javascript to change data table behavior.

Good day how can I insert a PDF file in a column?
Any possibility to store a PDF file so that when someone click on the Column and see or the attached PDF file?

    Thank you.

      Hi Michel,

There are two ways to store PDF files in a table column:
      (1) Use the WordPress media library
      (2) Use a public URL

      Both alternatives are documented here:
      https://wpdataaccess.com/docs/data-explorer-settings/column-settings/

Please read carefully. You first need to configure your column, then add your PDF files/links and finally show them in your output.

      Hope this helps.
